Join us for an evening of learning and libations as we explore a variety of wines from around the world! Interact with various grape varietals while we stimulate your senses with unique and memorable wines.  Educator James Santangelo of the Wine Academy of Utah will guide us through the tasting of wines of different styles all while enjoying small bites from The Leonardo’s chef de cuisine Zanetta Jones.

Leo Libations is a wine pairing event held on the first Thursday of every month in the one-of-a-kind setting that is The Leonardo!

Salt Bistro is a restaurant located inside of The Leonardo Museum. Ran by Chef Zanetta Jones, Salt Bistro's menu features fresh foods with a twist. Chef Jones' approach to food exemplifies The Leonardo's approach to local and sustainable eating. 

James Santangelo is the owner of the Wine Academy of Utah, a company tailored for both wine enthusiasts and professionals. His organization provides education and training to restaurants, hosts wine events, and offers on-site sommelier services for wine and spirits.
